Introduction
Welcome!
I believe writers intuitively realize from an early age that that is their calling. While some diligently continue on their life's path working at their craft others of us follow a different route taking us wherever life may lead. However, eventually each writer must answer that overwhelming calling and focus on their true love- the written word. This site is dedicated to my rediscovered dream and how it is magically being realized, beyond what I ever could have imagined.
I began writing as a young boy in my native England. Was I any good at it? Not really as I never entirely fleshed out my characters, and my plots were often ill conceived and implausible. However, all throughout my school years, I continued to write... And more importantly I continued to read, dream and learn.
What did I read? A vast variety of works I keenly absorbed; from Dickens, Wells, Dahl, King, Saul, Koontz and Poe. (To name just a few-however each author mentioned here made a dramatic and lasting impact.) In fact I read just about any fiction that I could get my hands on.
So here I am! And there you are reading my introduction page and for that I sincerely thank-you.
I hope that you follow the links to the left and take a peep at what's inside.
For if you do you shall uncover that there are several distinct sides to me. There is a warm, romantic and sometimes even humorous side and then, in sharp contrast, a sinister, dark macabre one as well! All facets of my writing are well represented on this site.
